Online Sales Policy
Cancellation - Online orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed because your gown is specifically ordered for you. No refunds, all sales are final. Please make sure you are confident in your selections before you complete the transaction on this site.
Billing - Online orders can be charged to your Visa, Master card, American Express, & Discover. Your order will not be charged until the product has been verified that it is available at which point you will receive a confirmation message from Reign. Please note that shipping charges will be added to your product total. If you live within the state of North Carolina you will be charged state sales tax. You will be contacted notifying you of the actual shipping charges before we charge you credit card.
Pricing - Since the designers can increase their prices at any time, the prices on our website are subject to change; if a price has changed on a style that you have ordered we will contact you with the correct price at which time you will have the opportunity to accept the correct price or cancel your order. Incorrect prices on our website will NOT be honored for any reason.
Returns/Exchanges - Due to the nature of the product being sold, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure of the size and color you want before ordering. We cannot be responsible for incorrect sizing on your part, so please be sure to have a professional take your measurements to ensure proper fit. All sales are final, no returns are permitted.
Delivery - Not all dress sizes and colors are may be available at the time you place the order. On occasion, we will have to get your selection from the manufacturer before we can ship to you. We will contact you asap, if we are unable to locate your selection, prior to charging your card. Your credit card will not be charged until we have verified your order is ready to ship.
Security - Your online credit card information is secured with industry standard encryption. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL) technology to ensure safe Internet transmission of your personal information.
Shipping - Please understand that express shipping is not guaranteed to ship out on the same business day. All orders are processed within 3 business days after ordering. We do guarantee all orders to be to the customer by the wear date that is shown. If there is a problem with your order not being available by your wear date, a representative will contact you directly within 24 hours of your order being processed. Please note that express shipping must be used for any orders placed within 3 days of your wear date in order to guarantee shipment.
Signature - By checking the box that you have read these terms, you are accepting to our terms and conditions which is the equivalent to signing the credit card receipt for the payment of goods.
